Rob Foster
Director

With over 15 years experience in the events industry, Rob is our resident expert in event production and promotion, venue transformations and the events industry.

Rob has a keen eye for event design and creation. Having organized many of his own successful and long established events, Rob has an extensive knowledge in the industry.

Rob’s own hands have created many of the decorations and effects that we use. He can often be found sketching out interesting new designs and ideas.

In his spare time, Rob can be found DJing in front of huge crowds at nightclubs such as ‘Ministry Of Sound’ in London and promoting his own club brand, ‘Licked’. He also has a keen interest in motor sport and finds it relaxing to drive fast cars at break neck speeds around race tracks – odd.

Hal Wheeler
Event Specialist

Hal comes from a sound engineering background and has worked for many large-scale concerts and events. He has an amazing eye for detail and is a constant source of inspiration to the rest of the team. Hal is in his element when surrounded by tools and about to transform a venue in to something spectacular.

His extensive knowledge of dressing venues of all shapes and sizes means that he never fails to amaze our clients.

Do ask Hal to build you the most elaborate design your imagination can come up with and he will amaze you with his construction skills. Don’t ask Hal about audio engineering, you’ll be lost within seconds and will be there all night.

Mark Williams
Event Specialist

Mark is another addition to our event decoration team. He has a wealth of experience when it comes to dressing venues and loves a good challenge. Mark is highly skilled in décor construction and can often be found in our workshop amongst a sea of materials, tools and half created props.

When he’s not up a ladder transforming a venue, Mark likes to spend his time engrossed in music production equipment creating music and can be found DJing to large crowds across the country, usually with a big grin on his face.

   Chris Owen
   Events Specialist

Chris brings a strong creative element to our décor installation team. With a wealth of experience in creating unique décor and organizing events, he loves to create amazing new environments in venues that always amaze our customers. He is always thinking of exciting new ways to install decorations in unique and interesting ways, which help to set us apart from the competition.

In his spare time, Chris is involved in several community projects and is keen to make the world a better place for everyone. What a nice chap!  

Sam Bryan-Merrit
Event Specialist

Another of our event specialists and an experienced venue dresser, Sam loves to convert dull venues in to bright, vibrant environments. With his installation skills, almost anything is possible. We keep setting him difficult challenges to try and catch him out, but as yet we still haven’t succeeded. A real ‘jack of all trades’, Sam is an important member of our team.

In his spare time Sam has a keen interest in motor sports, just don’t ask him about the time he tried to build his own race car – it all went terribly wrong.   

Lisa Butler
Décor Artist/Designer

Lisa is responsible for the large majority of our artwork, backdrops and graphics. After many years of experience in the graphic design industry whilst working for a national magazine, her creations never fail to amaze us. She loves to be challenged, and often is by our customers. Her extensive knowledge of the art world has come from over 20 years of working on commissioned paintings. She was also the youth arts coordinator for South West Surrey for several years.

Her past experience in graphics software, design and artist techniques make her a valuable addition to our creative team.

When not surrounded in animals and art, Lisa occasionally pokes her head above ground to speak humans.
